Your living room faces the beach and our special feature is, fantastic subsets. We have HIGH SPEED DSL INTERNET and are two miles from Clearwater Beach with a private pool, hot tub, elevator, a spectacular view from a 12 foot patio door on our large 10 by 14 balcony. This could be a perfect place for you, to have the holiday of your life. Our beach is very quiet, sandy and private.

MY WIFE IS VERY CLEAN CONSCIOUS AND PARTICULAR SO YOU CAN BE SURE EVERYTHING IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND NEAT. WE HAVE ALLERGIES SO OUR PLACE DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKERS. EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND CLEAN.

Our Luxury Beautiful Condo is just two miles south of Clearwater and one mile south or the beautiful home of John Travolta, in Bellaire also located on our road. When you walk north on our quiet beach, you may see him with some of his friends, although our beach is not very busy and the walk could end up being with just with you and your sweetheart.

Nearby is great shopping, inexpensive restaurants, friendly churches (Indian Rocks Baptist, where over 5000 meet each Sunday), and beautiful golf courses. From St. Peat’s Airport it is a 15 minute taxi drive and from Tampa it is 25 minutes. The shuttle is $12.50 and you will arrive at the beach in 30 minutes.

This NEW Beachfront condominium has everything you will need for a great holiday, two 38 inch TV, DVD, stereo, two bedrooms with KING beds and each a private washroom, a living room with new leather sofas and entertainment center, a glass dining table, very exquisite furnishings and art, extra phone outlets for computer, and a kitchen that has everything. We have all the instructions in our home to make your vacation perfect and relaxing. When you are finished a cleaning team will make sure our home is perfect for the next family.

Disney, EPCOT, Cypress Gardens are just 1.30 minutes away and we usually drive there and back the same day. Bush Gardens is in Tampa 30 minutes away. The beach is only ten feet from the pool, only 50 feet from your door, and from your 10 foot by 14 foot balcony.

A: Yes, Full Month Booking available though out the year- this is done often so please book as far in advance as possible, especially for the summer.

Q: “Dave can we get a small discount for July …at least  3 weeks”

A: yes 12 % for returning guests for 3 weeks.

Q:"Can we book both units for ourselves and parents? Is there any discount?"

A: Yes, discount depends on length of stay for both units

Q: How do we book in?

A: We wilol take all your personal information and then have you contact our Rental Agent who will tak$350.00 down payment and arrange for the pickup of keys.
